The application process

Job assessment test

“tier 1,” as Walmart terms it, categorizes the set of applicants who did exceptionally well in the job assessment test and performed well on most of the questions asked.

The interview process 

Walmart conducts two interviews. The applicant who performs better in the first round usually qualifies for the second round with absolute ease, which betters their chances of final selection.

Be persuasive: Once applied, you’ll have to consistently call the HR manager to know whether your application is under review.  Be Confident: If you are confident in your skills, your approach to preparing for the job, and your abilities to answer the recruiter’s questions reasonably, then chances are you will be the one among the final three who get to select. Hence confidence is the key.
