Open the Books app on your iPhone or another iOS device. Tap Library at the bottom of the screen. Select Delete from the drop-down menu next to the book you want to remove. On the screen that opens, choose Remove. Tap Remove Download to remove your download.
Tap Cancel, then locate the item. Edit is located in the upper-right corner. Trash will appear after tapping the item you want to remove. Choose Remove Download if you want to delete the item from your device.
You can easily remove iBooks from your Mac or iOS device by selecting it, then tapping delete on iOS or right-clicking, choosing delete, and confirming.
If you want to remove a book or audiobook from your device, open iBooks on it and tap Select. Locate the item you wish to delete and then tap it. Delete it by tapping Remove Download, which removes it only from your device.
With the Collections dialog displayed, select a collection and then press Edit to delete it and return the books in it to the Books library. To remove a collection, tap Edit after selecting it.
