To delete your Xbox Live account on Minecraft PE, you must first log in to the Xbox Live website and click on “Delete Account”. You will then need to enter your password and select a reason for deleting the account.
To change accounts, go to the settings tab and tap “sign out”. Then sign in with your other account.
