We’ve temporarily locked your account to prevent unauthorized access by hackers or other scoundrels. Make sure you’re in a familiar place where you used LastPass previously. Enter your LastPass account email and click Recover Account once you’ve logged in. Change your master password after you’re inside.

Visit https://lastpass.com and see if you can sign in. Check for new versions and update your browser if one is available. Uninstall the LastPass extension, close the browser, relaunch it, and reinstall the plugin as well.

Open the LastPass account you just created. Carefully copy the Activation code from the welcome email that your company’s LastPass administrator sent you. Activate LastPass by entering the Activation code in the box (your LastPass email address is already pre-populated for you).
