Questions frequently asked by interviewers

How has your experience prepared you for this role? This is mostly to let interviewers know if you have the right skills for the open positions.   What is your take on customer service? This is to let the interviews show how fast you can work, clear items at the checkout points, and stock shelves. They also want to know how you handle clients of different ages.  Why do you want to work here? If you’ve just graduated you can tell the interviewers that you want to gain relevant job experience and you need a start.   Why did you look for a job now? Getting to know why you’re trying to work part-time can play a really big deal in whether you get hired. Remember not to cry or lie; these can make you look desperate.

Question and answer

How long does it take to know if you’ve been hired? It’s going to depend on the response they got from interested candidates. Just be patient as you wait for the call.  Does the target hire differently-abled persons as part of the staff? It depends on your disability. If you’re blind you, unfortunately, won’t be able to get a job since most of the positions require manual labor. Make sure to contact HR and make an inquiry.

Conclusion.

It also teaches you how to save, spend and invest wisely at a young age. Remember to open an account where you can put money aside for later.

Working also helps you figure out what career you’d like to venture into and might influence the course and major you’ll take in College.

Lastly, think of working as a learning experience through interactions between co-workers and customers.
